Class Locations

 

Registration

There are several ways to register for classes:

	Online Registration - Through the magic of Paypal you may now sign up and pay for classes online using a credit card or bank account. Just go to the online registration link and follow the instructions. You do not have to have a Paypal account to be able to pay online, but it does simplify matters if you plan to sign up for other classes with us down the road. (Online registration requires that you create a login and password on our site.)
	Class registration forms are available on this website. You should mail class registrations no later than the Friday before classes start. Because of mail delays, if you miss this deadline, you should not mail your form because we probably won't receive it in time to enroll you. Instead, show up 15 minutes early for class so you can register at the door, or sign up online.
	In Person - If you prefer that personal touch, you can always turn in registration forms to our class instructors or desk people (either at classes or the Monday or Friday dances the club runs). Receive a $5 discount if you sign up one week in advance.

If you have questions, please feel free to ask by emailing us. After printing out the appropriate form, make sure that you fill it out completely and mail the registration to us. Your place in class is only reserved when we receive your mailed registration form with your class payment! Your registration will not be confirmed. We will notify you only if we receive your registration and the class is full or off- balance.

Costs

Our regular classes are set up in "sessions" of 5 weeks, with 1.25 hours per class, and the costs listed below are for a 5-week session of classes.  Workshop lengths and costs may vary -- the following table summarizes the costs for each type of class or workshop. Note that members obtain a substantial discount for the classes they take! Earlybird Bonus: Register one week before the 1st day of class and save $5. Member Discount: Members save $15 off the non-member rate for 5-week classes. Shorter classes will have lower discounts - see chart below. Coupon Discount: Occasionally the club hands out special discount coupons that may be used for class discounts. Retake Discount: If you have taken an Intro or Essentials-level class before you may take it again with a $25 discount. Drop-in Rate: Sometimes a person's schedule does not allow taking a full session of classes. For these people, we allow them to pay a drop-in rate of $15 per class per night. No bonuses or discounts can be combined with the drop-in rate. One Discount to a Customer: Only one discount (Member, Retake or Coupon) plus the earlybird bonus ($5 off if applicable) may be used for a particular class.

It's Automatic:  When you register for our classes online, the amount you owe (including all discounts) is automatically calculated.

 

Gift Certificates

Give the Gift of Dance!

Gift certificates can be used for Savoy Swing Club classes, workshops and memberships. You can buy gift certificates in any denomination. In just a few minutes' time you can purchase them by logging in, paying via Paypal and printing your certificate!

To cash in gift certificates, log in and select "Redeem Gift Certificate".

 

 

Refund Policy

You can have a full refund if you cancel before the class starts. If you decide you can't take the class after the session starts, you can still get credit toward another class series for the unused portion of your class. Credits must be requested no later than the second class meeting. Sorry, there is no refund for drop-in classes.

No partner is necessary to register for most classes! (See class descriptions for exceptions.) Class sizes are limited due to space considerations and our desire to provide quality, personalized instruction to all students. We encourage you to pre-register for classes to help ensure a spot in the class.
